Learn more about Dr. Newman.
Dr. Newman’s philosophy of practice can be summed up by the following quote attributed to Thomas A. Edison: “The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame; in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”
Learning from his patients, he developed a strong interest in “mind–body” medicine and received additional clinical training sponsored through the Harvard School of Medicine and the Mind/Body Institute. For those patients suffering from sciatica and lower back pain he has been certified in Cox flexion distraction technique.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Newman dedicates chiropractic time to performing second opinion medical examinations throughout Wisconsin and teaches college level Anatomy and Physiology to nursing students and massage therapists.
Dr. Newman received his chiropractic education from the National University of Health Sciences. He has obtained diplomate status from both the American College of Chiropractic Consultants and the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists.
